(1) In accordance with sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Act, a person who wants to register an industry that requires permission from the board, when applying for permission, the person shall submit the application to the board through the department in the format as per Schedule-7, attaching the details and documents required for the purpose registration in accordance with rule 3. .
(2) If the board decides to grant permission to register the industry based on the application received as per sub-rule (1), the department shall issue a permit to the applicant concerned in the format as per Schedule-8.
(3) After the decision to allow the registration of the industry in accordance with sub-rule (2), the board shall keep a record of the details and documents submitted with the application in accordance with sub-rule (1) and send a copy thereof to the department and when such an applicant applies to the department for registration of the industry in accordance with rule 3, such details Or the document does not have to be resubmitted.
(4) Whatever is written in sub-rule (3), if there is a difference in the documents and details submitted according to sub-rule (1) or if the submitted details need to be updated, the applicant shall re-submit such documents and details.
